JMSACL operates under a unique Open Access, Pay-What-You-Can model.

There are no required fees to publish in this journal, but it is envisioned that those who are able cover publishing charges will consider donating, in the knowledge that this support will allow others who may be from less fortunate circumstances the opportunity to publish their work as Open Access and, thereby, become active contributors to the scientific record.
