Roy Gerona

I was trained as a biochemist during graduate school at the Unviversity of Wisconsin, Madison. I completed my post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Chemistry and Pharmacogenomics at San Francisco General Hospital/ UC San Francisco where I explored the clinical applications of time-of-flight mass spectrometry. I am currently a research scientist at the Deapartment of Laboratory Medicine, UC San Francisco where I run a small molecule analysis laboratory focused on apllications of mass spectrometry to clinical and environmental toxicology.
