UPDATE : MSACL 2020 US has been CANCELLED As of March 13, 2020, MSACL 2020 US has been cancelled on the order of the Health Officer of the County of Riverside. The registration portal has been closed. We are planning to provide full registration refunds. If you have a ROOM RESERVATION at the Riviera Hotel under the MSACL Group, it has been AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED with no penalty. You can rebook at the group rate if desired by contacting the hotel directly. We are not planning to POSTPONE.

ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY (REVISED):
Rooms in the block REQUIRE a first night's deposit that is refunded only if cancellations are made earlier than 72 hrs before arrival.

RESORT FEE : The invoice for your reservation may reflect a $35 fee per night, but this will be removed on check-out, per our arrangement with the hotel.

To get the Government Rate ($140), limited availability, you must:

(1) Register at the Standard Rate (via the link above),
(2) Send chris.herold@msacl.org a scanned government id to confirm your status,
(3) Show your Govt ID on check-in / check-out

Chris Herold will approve the Government Rate with the hotel on receipt of your scanned id. If there are no more Government Rate rooms available you will be able to cancel with no fee, if you booked before March 1, 2020.
