Dress Code

Business casual works, but whatever you are most comfortable in. The days are packed full of great content, but they are still long and you will want to be comfortable so you can focus on learning and networking.

Getting to the Congress Center

Conference Registration

Conference Registration will open with the Welcome Coffee (Tue 9:00AM, Wed 8:00AM, Thu 7:45AM, Fri 8:00 AM) and close after the Receptions in the evening.

EXHIBITS ONLY registrants are NOT PERMITTED in the Scientific Sessions (except Plenary). Violations may result in registration revocation without refund.

Corporate Workshops

Corporate workshops are held Thursday & Friday from 2:30 - 3:30 PM in the rooms on the Ground Floor and in the Paracelsus room on the 2nd Floor.

There is also a corporate workshop from Thermo Scientific on Thursday at 8:00 AM.

Anonymous Questions to Presenter
Notice that you can pose questions anonymously to each presenter, podium or poster, for them to consider during a Q&A session, or merely to reflect on after the congress. This question box is below the abstract of each presenter in the mobile application.

LOGGING IN:
If you are a Full Conference registrant you can log in with the email you registered with as your user name. If you do not know your password you can easily reset it. To set your password select Reset Password at the bottom of the login page.

BENEFITS of LOGGING IN:
(1) You can see the emails of all presenting authors.
(2) You can take notes for each talk.
(3) You can take notes for contacts you've met.

Certificates of Attendance and Continuing Education

Pick up your Certificate of Attendance at the registration desk. Please note that Certificates of Attendance will not be sent out after the congress. They are only valid when picked up by you at the congress and stamped with the Association seal.

Posting Poster and Slide PDFs on the Web

Presenters, don't forget you have the option of uploading your poster(s) or podium presentation slides as a PDF (via Manage Abstract) to include as part of your web presence compendium.

Welcome Coffee & Coffee Breaks

Tuesday - Wednesday SHORT COURSE REGISTRANTS ONLY
Welcome Coffee and Coffee Breaks will be served in Mozart 1-3.

Thursday - Friday
Coffee Breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall on the first floor, except for Welcome Coffee which will remain in the Ground Floor foyer.

Lunch

Tuesday - Wednesday SHORT COURSE REGISTRANTS ONLY
Lunch (12:00 - 1:00 pm) will be served in Mozart 1-3 and, weather permitting, some bistro tables on the front patio.

Thursday - Friday
Lunch (12:30 - 2:30 pm) will be served in the Exhibit Hall on the First Floor.

Receptions (aka Dinner)

Tuesday SHORT COURSE REGISTRANTS ONLY
Working dinner in Mozart 1-3 just before last short course session on Tuesday.

Wednesday
The Opening Reception will be held on the 1st Floor with the Exhibits from 5:30-8:30 PM. Buffet meal will be served as well as a selection of beer, wine, water.

Thursday
Reception from 5:45 - 7:45 PM in the Exhibit Hall. Buffet meal will be served as well as a selection of beer, wine, water.

Friday
Closing Reception from 5:15 - 7:15 PM in Registration Foyer. Buffet meal will be served as well as a selection of beer, wine, water.
