Visas and Invitation Letters

If you are planning to travel to Canada and live in a country that requires a visa, we urge to start the application process as early as possible.

Please note that many countries are Visa-exempt (eTA eligible).

Invitation Letters

Letters of invitation are only provided to individuals who have registered for the conference and do not have a balance due. Once you receive an invitation letter, any registration payment you have made is no longer refundable.

Your invitation letter will include information about any presentation and/or educational grant award, if those have been finalized.
