Submit Abstract


Guidelines:

  1. You may submit TWO abstracts.
  2. While presenter substitutions are permitted, they MAY NOT result in any individual presenting more than two abstracts.
  3. Following acceptance, in order to become part of the Scientific Program you must purchase a FULL conference registration (not Exhibits Only) BEFORE the EarlyBird Registration Deadline.
  4. Podium Presentations may be VIDEO (Slides Only) AND AUDIO RECORDED, but will not be placed on the MSACL website until AFTER you have approved the content.

The Review Process:
All submitted abstracts are reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee for scientific merit and appropriateness of content. Abstracts submitted for a podium presentation, but which are not chosen for an oral presentation will automatically be considered for poster contention.

Submission of a SHORT and LONG Abstract (LONG as PDF) is REQUIRED.

  2. No more than ~25 words (160 characters including spaces) for Abstract Title.
  3. No more than ~100 words (900 characters including spaces) for Abstract Body.

  6. 1-inch margins
  7. No restriction on page length, although entire document cannot exceed 1 MB.

Following abstract submission, a Confirmation Email will be sent to the contact email address and will contain a Confirmation link. It is critical that you confirm your submission. Any submissions not confirmed within 1 week are deleted from the system. If you do not receive a confirmation email please re-submit or contact MSACL directly at chris.herold@msacl.org.

You will not have an opportunity to review your information before it is submitted. Instead, following confirmation, you will be able to view your abstract through Manage Abstract where you may perform edits, or delete your abstract from consideration for the MSACL conference.
