If you are interested in advertising in the MSACL Printed Conference Digest (to be distributed to all attendees at no charge) you may purchase ad space in full page units by filling out the application in the Vendor Prospectus (see button above).

Print Specifications

Print specifications for advertisements to be placed in the MSACL Conference Program Digest to be distributed free of charge to all attendees.

FULL BLEED: You will only need to use Full Bleed dimensions if there are color(s) &or image(s) that are go up to the edge of the printed page. The pages are printed at 8.75 x 11.25" and then trimmed to 8.5x11".

AVOID placing TEXT/IMPORTANT IMAGES within 0.375" of the edge or they may get lost in a crease.

NOTE ON FULL BLEED: You will want your ad to have the FULL BLEED specifications, listed above, if there are colors or images that go to the edge of your ad page. All program pages are printed on over-sized paper and then cut to Letter size. This cutting can sometimes be slightly off. If your ad has color or an image that goes up to the edge of the page in your art, and you submit as only 8.5 x 11, AND the cut is a little off, then you will have a white border around part of your ad. Making you ad a little bigger (Letter + 0.125 inches per side) and bringing the color or images into the extra space ensures that, in the final cut page, your art will run up to the edge of the page.
